Tip 1- Stress… OUT
If you are stressed by different situations try to cool down. Your hair is one of the first ones to get a response for your nervous system. Go to a spa, take a pedicure, practice meditation, read the Bible and enjoy other activities to clear you mind and reset your nervous system, it will help and protect your hair we guarantee it.
Tip 2- Nutrition ON
Our hair structure is mainly made of muscle tissue, keratin, oils, proteins, and silicon. Although we almost always want it to be healthy for beauty, hair has a biological function that makes the body "feel" and magnetically stabilize. That why we recommend that your nutrition is based on healthy habits, this will help your hair grow.
Vitamin A: can be found in eggs, liver, vegetables, fish oil, sunflower and olive oil. Vitamin A avoids the blockage and dryness of the sebaceous glands, which lubricate the hair follicle and therefore prevent hair loss.
Vitamin B: foods that have a high content of vitamin B are fish, beef and pork, chicken, soy, eggs, legumes, nuts, and whole grains; these are related in the resistance of insulin, a hormone also related to male baldness. Also, this contains a considerable a considerable amount of essential amino acids and other minerals, such as phosphorus.
Vitamin C: in this group include lemon, orange, kiwi, spinach, and broccoli. The iron necessary for hair to grow strong and healthy can be found in red meat, spinach and vegetables.
Zinc is essential for hair growth and is found in meats and fish, in asparagus, eggplants, potatoes, celery and figs. For its part, sulfur, present in white meat and meats such as liver, almonds, eggs, fruits and vegetables, is essential to strengthen weak and brittle hair.
Folic acid is obtained through cereals, nuts, whole grains, orange juice and wheat. The omega 3, present in olive oil, along with chocolate, sage and basil play an antioxidant role due to the presence of polyphenols. The magnesium, essential for the health of the hair and present in the almonds, activates the important enzymatic reactions for the health of the same.
Tip 3 – Brush, water an less heat
Brushing the hair every day several times stimulates the blood circulation in the scalp, which makes our hair grow more and be healthier.
